Will you donate to my charity or fundraiser?

While right now we are supporting Kentucky Association of Food Banks; God’s Pantry, Dare to Care, Facing Hunger Food BankFeeding America: Kentucky's Heartland,Tri-State Food Bank and PADD in the near future we will be offering "Campaigns" to raise money and awareness for local charities. As a privately owned business, please be aware that we will not donate to any organization or promotion that conflicts with our personally held religious beliefs. 

   

Can I return an online order at one of your retailers stores?

Currently you can return an online order at any Wildcat Wearhouse or Campus Wearhouse location. However, other retailers may be added soon. Thanks for being our loyal customer.

Can I place a website order over the phone?

For credit card security purposes, you will need to place your order through our website or in stores. Oh we know, you’re real bummed that you can’t hear our sweet voices. But we will make it up to you with fast online shipping reflexes. Thanks for your business!

 

My size isn't showing up. Are you sold out of it?

If you don’t see your size in the drop-down menu, then yeah, we are sold out at this time. Try contacting one of our vendors near you to see if they have your size.

Where to Buy

 

When will you get more of my size in a certain style? 

Well, if it’s a new shirt that has been popular, we may restock it. If the shirt has been around for some time, we probably won’t reprint it and the size selection gets limited until they're gone. 

 

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?

Please Sign In to your account in the top right of the store. If the fulfillment status on your most recent order is listed as "unfulfilled", then contact our Customer Service department immediately. If the fulfillment status is listed as "fulfilled", it has been picked up by the shipping carrier and you will need to wait for the order to be shipped. Once you receive you can go through our returns department to return the items and be reimbursed.
